CAPA AI ("we", "us") builds AI automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through capalist.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below, and only as needed to run the business.
When we build systems that touch your business data, that data stays in your accounts and infrastructure wherever possible. Integrations use OAuth or encrypted API keys. We access only what is required to build and maintain the systems you hired us for.
We keep inquiry and lead information while it is relevant to serving you, and portal data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Portal data is protected with authenticated access and database row-level security. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we design with least-privilege access as the default.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, for portal users, note it in the portal.
